(NYSE:TIME) acquired LeagueAthletics.com, LLC, a company which develops software solutions for sports organizations; League Sports Services, LLC, doing business as SportsSignup, which provides online registration management solutions for sports organizations and event organizers; and iScore Sports, a company which develops an application for scorekeeping of sporting events.
