OEM Capital assisted Dataram Corporation in its acquisition of Micro Memory Bank, Inc. by providing a valuation. This is the second acquisition that we have helped Dataram close. Previously we assisted in the acquisition of Cenatek, Inc.

As a result of our involvement, Dataram was able to conclude two transactions in less than six months which greatly enhanced its product portfolio and added key members to the management team.
