Technekes LLC signed a letter of intent to acquire XSInc.

XSInc provides Software-as-a-Service based solutions to improve workplace efficiency, evaluate industry standings, optimize marketing efforts, and maximize client relationships for end-users, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers in the United States.
