Crown Castle International Corp. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire FPL TEL, LLC, FPL FiberNet, LLC and NextEra FiberNet, LLC.

FPL TEL, LLC manages lease documents. FPL FiberNet, LLC owns and operates fiber-optic network that provides telecommunications services for local and long-distance telephone companies, Internet service providers, and other telecommunications companies in Florida and Texas. NextEra FiberNet, LLC operates long-haul broadband services.
