Telrite Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Locus Telecommunications LLC.

Locus Telecommunications LLC provides long distance, prepaid wireless and calling card, point-of-sale, and carrier telecommunications products and services for wireless customers in the United States and internationally.
