Alchemist Mining Inc. signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Oddysee Software Platform from Green Rush Consulting.

Oddysee Software Platform comprises a software-as-a-service platform that provides automation for city and state license applications as well as assists with investor qualification and vetting for cannabis business ventures.
