FTG Aerospace acquired all of the assets of Airco Industries, Inc.

Airco Industries, Inc., doing business as Photo Etch, designs and manufactures illuminated display and control panels, simulation systems, and electronic assemblies for land and sea-based systems, commercial, and military applications in aerospace and defense industry.
