Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CSAL) entered into an agreement to acquire 81 Wireless Towers of Windstream Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGS:WIN) for $3 million on March 29, 2016. Under the terms of transaction, Communications also acquire operating rights for 49 wireless towers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary terms and conditions. The transaction is expected to close in April 2016.
