American Mine Research, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Pemco Corporation.

Pemco Corporation designs, manufactures, and integrates electrical distribution and control equipment, climate controlled equipment enclosures, medium and high voltage switch gears, mining and industrial power supplies, dry type transformers, and DC and AC reactors in the United States and internationally.
