He founded its predecessor firm, a New York partnership, where he led its technology practice. He has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the electronics industry. Previously, Mr. Klammer was a corporate vice president of Gulton Industries, Inc., a diversified NYSE electronics company, where he was responsible for initiating and closing the acquisition and divestiture of six businesses and returning four divisions to profitable growth. Prior to this, Mr. Klammer was vice president of Cross River Products, Inc., a venture-capital-backed manufacturer of consumer products. Earlier, he held various management and technical positions with General Electric’s Missile and Space Division with a specialty in communication, control and computer systems.
Mr. Klammer holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Villanova University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Simon has over 20 years of corporate finance experience focused primarily on strategic mergers & acquisitions made on behalf of middle market and larger corporate clients, primarily cross-border transactions between Europe and the United States. Prior to joining OEM Capital, he was a managing director at Glocap Advisors, LLC. Earlier he was principal at American Corporate Services. Prior to joining American Corporate Services, Mr. Simon was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Ferranti High Technology, a venture capital firm funded by UK based companies active in the technology industry and Baring Brothers (now ING Group N.V.) While at Ferranti, he was involved in raising capital, restructuring, M&A and valuation advisory for companies in the technology sector and served as a director of several portfolio companies. Mr. Simon also has operating experience with technology companies in a number of positions.

Before investment banking, while at Honeywell International, he doubled the aerospace and defense revenue growth rate by leading strategic M&A. As an equity capital investor, he generated over 22% internal rate of returns for Norwest Equity Partners and 3i Capital. On the operations side, Mr. Cohen led engineering development at the General Electric Company’s Aerospace Group and at Kulicke & Soffa, a leading supplier of capital equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Earlier, Mr. Ross founded Cogito Capital Partners, a corporate advisory firm working with rapidly growing, emerging technology companies. Previously, he was Managing Director of Chatsworth Securities where he was the senior banker and advisor on over 25 transactions, with a combined value of over $500 million. Earlier, he was founder and chairman of On Word Information, a pioneering database/imaging company, which he sold to Motorola.

She has managed a wide range of both domestic and international transactions including buy-side and sell-side M&A, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, private capital raises and debt financing. Ms. Murphree has worked with such companies as Sapient, WPP, IBM, CACI, and GXS, and has significant expertise in the marketing services, digital media and technology sectors. Her prior experience includes both commercial lending and investment banking at Silicon Valley Bank (in both Palo Alto and London), Grant Thornton UK, Results International, and McCracken Advisory Partners. Ms. Murphree headed growth efforts within the digital media practice at both Results and McCracken and led investment transactions at the private equity fund, Bacchus Capital Management.

Conor Soravilla has been with OEM Capital since March of 2016 and brings with him a wealth of experience from both the private equity and investment research industries. Prior to joining OEM Capital Conor worked as an analyst in two separate private equity funds conducting in depth industry research, due diligence, constructing financial models, and collaborating with management teams to accurately value portfolio companies. While in school, Conor held internship positions with both DeMatteo Monness, an institutional broker dealer and research firm, and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, assisting in building long term financial plans as well as conducting mutual fund analysis. Conor assisted in the initial build out of the Sacred Heart University Student Managed Investment Fund, which allows a select group of students to manage a portion of the schools endowment.
Conor graduated with a B.Sc. in Finance from the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University.
