Rubrik, Inc. agreed to acquire Datos IO, Inc. from a group of sellers on February 5, 2018. Datos IO will continue to be led by Tarun Thakur as a new business unit called Rubrik Datos IO reporting to Chief Executive Officer Bipul Sinha.

As of February 6, 2018, Rubrik Datos IO operates as a subsidiary of Rubrik, Inc.
