DISH Network Corporation executed an agreement to acquire EchoStar Technologies L.L.C. and Echostar’s Investments in joint ventures, spectrum licenses and certain other real estate properties.

EchoStar Technologies L.L.C. and Investments in Joint Ventures, Spectrum Licenses, Real Estate in their sale to EchoStar Technologies L.L.C. designs and develops set-top boxes, receivers, antennae, and other digital equipment for the DISH networks, satellite service providers, and others. Investments in Joint Ventures, Spectrum Licenses, Real Estate comprises 10 percent stake in Sling TV, wireless spectrum licenses in the 28 GHz band, and real estate properties.
