MSX International, Inc. provides retail network and human capital solutions. The company offers warranty solutions, including warranty assessment, auditing, pre-approval, process improvement, and training; and Wire IT, a Web-based technology tool that uses warranty claim assessment data to pinpoint weaknesses in warranty processes.
