Olapic Inc. acquired Piqora Inc. from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Baseline Ventures, Freestyle Capital and other shareholders on March 23, 2016. As part of the acquisition, Piqora?s San Mateo, CA operations and team will be merged into Olapic. Sharad Verma, Chief Executive Officer of Piqora will serve in an advisory role during the transition.
